HOT HERB & GARLIC CAMEMBERT FONDUE
INGREDIENTS
200gm wheel Food Snob Classic French Camembert cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh herbs
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon crushed pink or coloured peppercorns, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon liquid honey
Bread sticks, deli meats and chargrilled vegetables to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degs.
- Combine the chopped herbs, garlic and peppercorns. Brush or roll the camembert in the honey then the herb and garlic mixture.
- Place the coated cheese wheel on a sheet of baking paper and bake in an oven-proof serving dish for 12-15 minutes until the cheese puffs up and starts to spilt in the centre.
- Serve warm with the bread sticks, deli meats and vegetables.
