Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Grease or line a baking tray with baking paper.
Drain excess oil from Food Snob Bell Peppers and set aside.
Unwrap filo pastry and lay flat on bench. Using a pastry brush, apply a thin layer of butter to the filo pastry one layer at a time. You have to have between 3-4 layers of filo pastry to allow for a sturdy pastry. Once the filo pastry has been put together, cut filo into squares of 6x6cm. Brush the surface of the pastry with butter and place one bell pepper in the centre of the filo square.
Fold the four corners of the pastry up and over the bell pepper and pinch tight to create a parcel or wonton shaped eye catcher!
Place parcels in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
Serve warm with sweet chilli, plum sauce, hummus or the condiment of your choice. A great canape finger food or light snack to impress!
