4 pears halved and cored
1 block Food Snob Greek Feta
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
4 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp organic butter
Cinnamon
Mint to garnish
Preheat oven to 190 degrees & lightly coat baking tray with non-stick spray.
Place pear halves cut side up in prepared baking dish.
Tip: To stop the halves sliding around the dish remove a small slice from the bottom of each pear (the rounded bit – so they lie flat).
Place ½ tablespoon of butter in the centre of each pear half.
Sprinkle equal amounts of Food Snob Feta and walnuts across pear halves and top with a drizzle of honey.
Bake for 35 – 45 minutes or until fork tender.
Top with additional honey & cinnamon if desired.
Garnish with mint.
