The flavour profile of Camembert can be described as tasting creamy, earthy, nutty, fruity, grassy, and even mushroomy. The flavour and texture develops with age becoming richer and creamier as it matures.
Make sure you leave the cheese out for about 40 minutes before consuming so it’s at room temperature and starts to ooze – as a creamy cheese should!
