Life is better with cheddar, so we’re thrilled to announce our incredible new Aged English Cheddar. It’s the real deal – turned and cheddared by hand and matured for up to 12 months, resulting in a sensational savoury hit with each mouthful.
At Food Snob, we’re all about finding the best products as close as possible to their original birthplace. We’ve carefully selected this cheddar – it comes from a traditional West Country Farmhouse Cheddar maker from the idyllic, rolling Dorset Downs. It’s made to methods and recipes that date back many hundreds of years and uses the highest quality milk, sourced from local, free-range dairy herds that graze the lush pastures of the surrounding countryside.
We love the versatility of cheddar: on crackers with chutney, baked into decadent cheddar scones and of course you must enjoy it on a cheeseboard paired with a glass of wine or two.
